The customer relationship includes an unlimited advisory service and access to a personal customer portal. Customers also have access to Lawely’s broad network of legal counsels for assignments not included in the customer relationship.
For a customer account price of €29.90/month, you can ask a lawyer for advice in all areas of law. Larger assignments are always agreed with the customer.
The advisory service includes all services, apart from:
• drawing up contracts and other documents
• contract comments other than minor
• negotiations, conciliation and meetings
• representation when dealing with authorities
• judicial proceedings
• consultations outside the customer service (chat. telephone, e-mail)
Services outside the customer account are always agreed separately, and the customer always knows their prices in advance. There will therefore be no unexpected costs.
Lawelly’s annual customer account will be delivered to the customer as soon as the payment is received on the account. Instructions for use will be sent to the customer via e-mail to the address that they provided in connection with the payment of the order. The service is available to the customer immediately.
The first year’s customer account (€350) is fixed-term and paid all at once. After one year, the agreement will be valid indefinitely. The period of notice for an open-ended contract shall be one month. The customer may terminate the contract by sending a notice of termination by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The agreement is automatically terminated after the next full month.
The Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection Act apply to cancellations and other customer relationship-related questions, where applicable. If the customer wants to cancel the transaction, they must send an e-mail about it to email@example.com.
Complaints are handled by the customer service’s expert team. Complaints can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Checkout is a secure payment method. We have an authorisation as payment institution, issued by the financial supervision authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6), and Checkout Finland Oy is part of the OP Group.
The Checkout service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal and other obligations related to the trade. If you wish to file a claim or return the product, you should be in direct contact with the online store where the product was ordered.
Payment buttons for all Finnish banks are at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken. Your account statement shows Checkout Finland Oy as the payee, as we forward your payment to the online trader. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
When using the payment order service, you are bound by the following conditions: Payment order service terms and conditions.
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the credit card invoice and forwards the customer’s card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in the online sales system.
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application and can be used to pay for online purchases by transfer from a bank account or by card payment with the card by accepting the payment in the application in question. Pivo can also be used for Siirto payments, in which the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.

Invoicing and partial payment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers invoicing and partial payments for corporate customers.
